When our investigator takes on a case, they are taking it on to bring the case to a successful conclusion. Of course, we are not successful one-hundred percent of the time-no one is. But it is important to us that we treat every assignment as challenge to succeed. Our investigators are held to our mantra that a case is worked to completion, that all bases are covered and that all questions are answered.
